Refund policy

At Goallegend, we want you to shop with confidence. If there is an issue with your order, this policy explains how cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to help ensure timely delivery.

  • You may request to change or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
  • To request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@goallegend.com with your order number and request details.
  • After 6 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipping. In this case, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, but we will do our best to assist you.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Items must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
  • Custom or personalized items and gift cards are not returnable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide return instructions.
  • For returns due to size, color, preference, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email support@goallegend.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item, if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Our support team will review your request and provide the next steps.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for size, color, or defective items within 30 days of delivery.
  • To request an exchange, please contact our support team. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will arrange the replacement if the item meets our return conditions.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days to your original payment method.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to make the funds available in your account.
  • We may issue a partial refund if the returned item shows signs of wear, has damaged packaging, or is missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
