At Goallegend, we aim to make your shopping experience simple, clear, and reliable. Below is our shipping policy, including processing time, delivery time, tracking, and shipping costs.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
Order Processing Time
- Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process, check, and prepare your order for shipment.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has shipped, the estimated transit time is:
- United States: 5–10 business days
Please note that the total estimated delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–13 business days
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
- If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us at support@goallegend.com.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted shipping carriers to help deliver your order safely and reliably.
Most orders are shipped through carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other reliable shipping partners.
Incorrect Shipping Address
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
- Goallegend is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If you notice an address mistake, please contact us at support@goallegend.com within 6 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing or shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please follow these steps:
- Check with neighbors, your mailbox, front desk, or mailroom.
- Wait 24 hours, as some carriers may mark packages as delivered before actual delivery.
- If the package is still missing, please contact us at support@goallegend.com so we can help you review the issue and assist with the carrier claim process.
